Crockpot Chicken 'n Noodles
Chicken breasts can also be used in place of the chicken thighs for this recipe. If using chicken breasts you will only need 4.

- chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
- 12 oz. bag(s)
- egg noodles
- 2 can(s)
- cream of chicken soup
- 1 can(s)
- chicken broth
- salt and pepper
1Place chicken into crockpot. Frozen or thawed, either is ok. Top chicken with the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Cook on low 8 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
When chicken is done cooking, remove to a plate and shred or dice into pieces.
2At this time, cook noodles according to pkg. directions and drain.
3With chicken still removed, whisk the chicken broth (or boullion) into the sauce in the crockpot, mixing it until well combined. Add chicken and noodles to crockpot, toss well so all noodles are coated. Serve.
