Crockpot Chicken 'n Noodles

My family loves this recipe! It is hearty and most definitely a comfort food. Not only is it simple, It only requires 4 ingredients (besides the salt & pepper to taste).
Chicken breasts can also be used in place of the chicken thighs for this recipe. If using chicken breasts you will only need 4.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

6-8
chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
12 oz. bag(s)
egg noodles
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
chicken broth
dash(es)
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Place chicken into crockpot. Frozen or thawed, either is ok. Top chicken with the 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. Cook on low 8 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
When chicken is done cooking, remove to a plate and shred or dice into pieces.

At this time, cook noodles according to pkg. directions and drain.

With chicken still removed, whisk the chicken broth (or boullion) into the sauce in the crockpot, mixing it until well combined. Add chicken and noodles to crockpot, toss well so all noodles are coated. Serve.
