Sea's notes for this recipe:
A cheesy chicken concoction wrapped up in soft tortillas!

These make a great light dinner served with a green salad, refried beans, or as a fun appetizer.

NOTE: Image is of Cheesy Chicken filling. I couldn't get the burritos rolled up fast enough before they were eaten! :-)

Garnished with sour cream and guacamole.

This sounds wonderful! About how many burritos will this make?
user Sea Sun Seasun - Mar 23, 2011
That is so difficult to say, because it does make quite a bit. Also, we roll them with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, sour cream, quacamole and sometimes beans. We have enough for dinner and DH gets two lunches for work out of it. There are five of us in the family. Also, depending on how much filling you'd like to add, and what size tortillas...sorry I can't be further help!

Thank you that answered my question. Just thinking about bringing it to a potluck type thing and that should work out. Can't wait to try it!
