Ingredients For crock pot philly cheese steak
- MEATS:

1 lbfilet mignon, sliced thin

or

1 lbchicken breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into thin strips
- REMAINING INGREDIENTS:

salt & pepper, to taste

5 clovegarlic, minced
-
3 Tbspsteak seasoning (i use mccormick perfect pinch steak seasoning)

1 stickbutter, unsalted
-
2 lgonion, sliced thin
-
1 - 2 lggreen bell peppers, sliced thin
-
6small rolls or kings hawaiian original hawaiian sweet mini sub rolls

6 - 12 sliceprovolone cheese
How To Make crock pot philly cheese steak

1Toss steak or chicken strips in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic & steak seasoning.

2Place butter in crock pot. Place onions & green peppers on top, then add in the steak or chicken.

3Cover & cook on LOW for 4 - 5 hours.

4Divide steak, onions & peppers evenly amongst rolls. Top with a slice or two of provolone cheese & place in toaster oven (on toast setting) or broiler for about 2 minutes to melt cheese. Serve immediately & enjoy.
