CROCK POT BOURBON STREET CHICKEN

|2 lb||boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces|
|2 Tbsp||extra virgin olive oil|
|2||garlic clove crushed|
|3/4 tsp||crushed red pepper flakes|
|1/4 c||light apple juice|
|1/3 c||light brown sugar|
|2 Tbsp||organic ketchup or chili sauce (depending on how hot you like stuff)|
|1 Tbsp||cider vinegar|
|1/3 c||reduced sodium soy sauce|
Whisk all ingredients into crock pot and add chicken.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
