Tried and true recipe given to me by a good friend. Family just loves it.
boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
extra virgin olive oil
garlic clove crushed
crushed red pepper flakes
light apple juice
light brown sugar
organic ketchup or chili sauce (depending on how hot you like stuff)
reduced sodium soy sauce
1Whisk all ingredients into crock pot and add chicken.
2Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
3Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
