Ingredients For crock pot asian sticky wings

6 lbdrummettes (chicken wings without wing tips)

1 canbeef broth, reduced sodium
-
2 bunchscallions, chopped (both greens & whites)

1 csoy sauce, low sodium

1 casian plum sauce
-
6 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 clight molasses
-
1 choney
-
1/4 capple cider vinegar
-
1/4 - 1/2 ccornstarch
How To Make crock pot asian sticky wings

1Stir the broth, onions, soy sauce, plum sauce, garlic, molasses, honey & vinegar in a large non metal bowl. Add the drummettes & stir to coat. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

2Stir 1 cup of the marinade & 1/4 C cornstarch (see note) in a small bowl. Add the cornstarch & drummette mixture to the crock pot.

3Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 - 5 hours or on LOW 7 - 8 hours.

4NOTE: If the sauce is too thin when ready to serve, add another 2 - 4 tbsp of cornstarch.
