Ingredients For crock pot asian sticky wings

  • 6 lb
    drummettes (chicken wings without wing tips)
  • 1 can
    beef broth, reduced sodium
  • 2 bunch
    scallions, chopped (both greens & whites)
  • 1 c
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 c
    asian plum sauce
  • 6 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c
    light molasses
  • 1 c
    honey
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    cornstarch

How To Make crock pot asian sticky wings

    Stir the broth, onions, soy sauce, plum sauce, garlic, molasses, honey & vinegar in a large non metal bowl. Add the drummettes & stir to coat. Cover & refrigerate overnight.

    Stir 1 cup of the marinade & 1/4 C cornstarch (see note) in a small bowl. Add the cornstarch & drummette mixture to the crock pot.

    Cover & cook on HIGH for 4 - 5 hours or on LOW 7 - 8 hours.

    NOTE: If the sauce is too thin when ready to serve, add another 2 - 4 tbsp of cornstarch.
