envelope ranch salad dressing mix
skinless, boneless chicken thighs, (5 oz. ea.)
STEP BY STEP ... EASY ...
Preheat oven 350*F. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine rice cereal, Parmesan cheese, and ranch dressing mix in a large bowl.
Place beaten egg whites in a medium bowl. Dip each chisken thigh in the egg whites and then in the cereal mixture to coat evenly.
Arrange the coated chicken on teh baking sheet. Bake until golden brown and juices run clear when the chicken is pieced w/ a knife, 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
Serving Suggestion: Serve this easy dish with fresh carrots, sliced cucumbers, and buttered corn-on-the-cob.
