Creamy chicken and rice casserole

This is always a hit in our house and leftovers are even better! This can be tweeked to any taste by changing the soups.

Ingredients

1 lb
bone in chicken parts (legs, thighs, breast, wings)
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1 1/4 c
uncooked white rice
1 pinch
rosemary, dried
mayonnaise

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2Mix together the soups, rosemary and uncooked white rice
3Pour soup mixture into a long baking dish and lay chicken pieces on top
4Lightly coat each chicken piece with mayonnaise and bake in preheated oven, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through
