Ingredients For creamy carrots

2 lbcarrots, peeled, cut diagonally into thin slices

1 cchicken broth, low salt, fat free
-
1 pkgchive & onion cream cheese (in tub)

4 Tbspchives, dried, chopped

1 tspblack pepper
How To Make creamy carrots

1Bring carrots & broth to boil in lare skillet on medium high heat; cover. Simmer on medium low heat 8 - 10 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender.

2Uncover; simmer 8 - 10 minutes or until most of the broth is absorbed & carrots are tender.

3Remove from heat. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Sprinkle with chives & pepper.
