Creamy Baked Chicken

I received this recipe from my mother in law several years ago who received it from a friend in her "lunch bunch" group. I usually use fat free cream of chicken soup and apple juice instead of the wine. Reduced fat swiss cheese can also be used. This is so easy to make and everyone who eats it loves it. It's one of our favorite meals and most requested when we have company over for dinner.

Ingredients

6-8
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
8 slice
swiss cheese
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/4 c
white wine or apple juice
1 c
crushed herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Place chicken in 9x13 pan
2Top with swiss cheese
3mix soup and wine/applejuice together. Spoon over chicken and cheese
4Mix melted butter with chrushed stuffing mix. Spoon evenly over the dish
5Bake uncovered
