finely chopped cooked chicken
Cook chicken - boil for 20 minutes in large saucepan 3/4 full of water. Discard water. Cut cooked chicken into small pieces.
In stockpot, melt butter. With wire whisk, slowly stir in flour, stirring constantly.
Slowly stir in milk and broth. Cook over medium heat and stir constantly until mixture is slightly thickened and bubbly; reduce heat.
Stir in chicken, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper; heat through.
