Ingredients

2 1/4 oz
gelatin, unflavored
1/2 c
water, cold
1/2 c
water, cold
1 14 oz
canned, whole cranberry sauce
1 14 oz
crushed pineapple, drained
1 c
sour cream
1/3 c
icing sugar/powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle the gelatin over the first amount of water in a small saucepan...Let stand 1 minute...Heat and stir until dissolved...
2Add: the second amount of water....Pour into a medium bowl...

Stir in the remaining ingredients...Chill, stirring and scraping down sides often, until it shows signs of thickening....
3Pour into a 6 cup mold...and Chill....This serves 8 - 10
