Cranberry Chicken Bake

I am all about Simplicity! Sometimes I prepare and put this in the fridge and have my children pop it in the oven before I come home from work. Great with bake a potatoe or rice and a tossed salad.

Ingredients

1
chicken, cut up and skin removed (i like to use leg/thigh quarters)
2 Tbsp
of lipton onion soup mix
1 can(s)
(16-oz.) whole cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp
quick cooking tapioca

Directions Step-By-Step

Turn oven on to 350 degrees to preheat.

Put chicken pieces in flat-bottom dish or baking pan.

Combine whole cranberry sauce, quick cooking tapioca, and soup mix and pour over chicken pieces.

Bake in oven Covered for 1 1/2 -2 hour or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

****TIP: for leftover Lipton Onion Soup mix, I save and mix in with my ground beef for making Hamburgers. Adds wonderful flavor to our burgers.
