This dish is really elegant.
This is totally yummy and comes from Rita Boyer, a co worker of my sister, Sherry.
You can't have too many recipies for chicken.
You can easily double, triple or however many you need for this.

2 large
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2/3 c
1/2 c
seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp
parmesean cheese
1 tsp
dried sweet basil
1 tsp
dried oregano
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
wine sauce
remaining butter
1/4 c
white wine (i like chardonnay)
1/4 c
scallions chopped, green parts too
1 tsp
dried parsley


1Preheat oven to 375.

2melt butter.

3Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.

4Dip chicken in butter, then roll in crumbs. Reserve butter

5Place chicken in oven and bake for 50 to 60 minutes,or until tender.

6Menwhile add wine, green onions, and parsley to butter. Probably have about 1/2 cup.

7When chicken is golden brown, pour sauce over and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes,or until sauce is hot.
