- (12 oz.) lean italin sausage (try chicken or turkey)

- (150z.) butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 jar(s)
- your favorite pasta sauce or 2 jars
- 10 oz
- potatoes, peeled and thin chopped
- optional: serve with toasted sourdough and drizzle of olive oil. a garnish of watercress leaves is lovely, too!
1In a nonstick saucepan, lightly brown the sausage. add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are nice and tender.
