- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slice
- swiss cheese
- 1 can(s)
- campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c
- 1 c
- seasoned stuffing mix (i use pepperridge farms)
- 3 Tbsp
- margarine, melted
- salt & pepper to taste
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Place breasts in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper.
3Top each breast with a slice of the swiss cheese.
4Combine milk and soup thoroughly and pour over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over all evenly.
5Bake, covered 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
