Mmmmm! These sound differnt, I never had stuffing mixed in meatballs. We'll have to give this a try...

Ingredients For cocktail meatballs

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 - 12 oz. jar
    grape jelly
  • 1 - 12 oz. bottle
    chili sauce

How To Make cocktail meatballs

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Line 2 15 x 10 x 1" pans with foil; spray with cooking spray. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water & eggs until well blended. Shape into 50 1 1/2" meatballs; place in prepared pans.

    Bake 16 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, bring jelly & chili sauce to a boil in large saucepan on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    Add meatballs to sauce; stir evenly to coat.

    HOW TO FREEZE MEATBALLS: Loosely pack cooled meatballs in freeze-weight resealable plastic bags. Lay bags flat in freezer so meatballs will freeze individually. Store in freezer up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator several hours or overnight before using as desired.
