Ingredients

butter
1/4 lb
mushrooms, thinly sliced

chicken, cooked and cubed

bread crumbs, soft
1 c
chicken broth, condensed
1/4 c
pimiento, finely chopped

eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
5/8 tsp
thyme leaves, dried
1 c
chicken mushroom gravy

Directions Step-By-Step

In a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter in microwave oven 30 seconds.

Add mushrooms and heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Add remainder of ingredients to mushrooms and stir to blend well.

Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 10 to 12 minutes stirring occasionally.

Serve topped with chicken mushroom gravy.
