1Lightly sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika; place chicken in non stick shallow casserole.
2Melt butter; brush chicken pieces.
3Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
4Combine juice, wine, worcestershire sauce and garlic; pour over chicken.
5Cover and bake 20 minutes or until tender; remove chicken.
6Combine cornstarch and water; add to pan juices.
7Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
8Remove from heat; stir in sugar substitute.
9Serve sauce over chicken.
