1Put dry ingredients into a large bowl with lid. Shake until mixed well.
2Put washed chicken pieces into the mixture and put on lid; then shake until all chicken pieces are coated. Leave chicken in bowl while grease is getting hot.
3Use a 12 inch pan or larger. Put grease into pan and get hot. Then put chicken into hot grease one piece at a time. Cook on med to low heat, until chicken is golden brown. About 10-15 minutes on each side.
4Take chicken out and put on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb excess grease. Then enjoy.
