flour or bisquick
2 tsp

salt
1/4 tsp

pepper
2 tsp

cinnamon
1/4 c

shortening
1/4 c

butter
HEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES

How To Make cinnamon chicken

Mix dry ingredients and put into paper bag or dish. Melt shortening and butter in cake pan on top of oven.( Range) Coat Chicken, Place Skin side down in pan. Bake 45 minutes. turn and bake 15 more minutes.
