- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless or pork chops
- 1 1/2 c
- 4 Tbsp
- chipolte sauce (may use more if you like it spicy, which is what i usually do)
1Preheat grill or frying pan (lightly greased)
2Mix the mayo and chipolte sauce together. Set aside about 1/2 cup of mixture for dipping.
3Brown chicken on both sides and begin to brush mayo mixture over meat each time it is flipped. Continue this until chicken is done. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
