Ingredients For chinese lemon chicken

1 lbchicken breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into bite sized pieces

1 pkgasian stir fry vegetables, frozen, thawed

1 pkgfat free sugar free jell-o, lemon
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
1/2 cchicken broth, low salt

1/4 czesty italian dressing
-
4 clovegarlic, minced
-
white or brown rice, cooked and hot
How To Make chinese lemon chicken

1Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook & stir 5 minutes.

2Meanwhile, mix dry gelatin & cornstarch in small bowl. Add broth, dressing & garlic; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add to skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.

3Serve over hot cooked rice.
