Chilled Chicken Ranch Salad

- 3 medium
- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 c
- pickles, diced
- 3 Tbsp
- dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/4 c
- sour cream, lite
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken in oven-safe dish for 30 minutes. Cool completely and shred.
2In a medium mixing bowl, combine chicken, diced pickles, and ranch dressing mix until evenly distributed. Stir in sour cream until well moxed. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
3Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or lettuce leaves.
4Note: If you do not have dry ranch dressing mix, prepared ranch dressing can be substituted. Simply decrease the amount of sour cream by 1/4 cup.
