chicken tenders or boneless breasts
chopped bell pepper
vegetable or olive oil
chop onion, bell pepper and cut up chicken into chunks
place oil in non stick skillet,add chicken,onion,bell pepper,salt and chili powder,cook on med heat until chicken is done and vegetables are almost tender.about 10 min
add 8 oz can of tomato sauce and use 1/2 cup of water to rinse out can and add to skillet
simmer on low-med heat until sauce thickens. approx 15-20 min.
