Ingredients

3 Tbsp
dry sherry
2 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 c
tamari
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
1 lb
chicken breast tenders, cut in half on an angle

scallions, cut in half
cooked rice for serving

Step-By-Step

1Preheat a grillpan over med-high heat.

2Combine the sherry, sugar, tamari and oil in a shallow dish. Turn chicken and scallions in marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.

3Cook the chicken pieces and scallions in a single layer on the hot grill pan for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with rice!
