Chicken and Sticky Rice

This is the first dinner I really made on my own, when I moved out of my parents house and had my first date over for dinner I made this dish, he loved the dish but didn't win his heart; it is one of my hubby's favorite rib sticking fall back on winter dinner. It's easy to put together and tastes great; great for a chore day.

Ingredients

1 1/2 c
minute rice
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup ( i use herbed cream of chicken soup)
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup ( i use cream of chicken and mushroom soup)
1 can(s)
soup can milk
1
fryer chicken, cut up
1 pkg
dry onion soup mix
salt & pepper
paprika

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Mix rice soups, and milk together in casserole dish. Place the chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with the dry onion soup, salt and pepper and paprika to taste.

2Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours uncovered.

3NOTE: May add 1 can sliced mushrooms and or sliced water chestnuts.
