tomatoes, canned whole and undrained
chicken breasts, boneless
1Simmer the chicken breasts in the stock, until tender.
3Set aside, reserving stock.
4Saute' the garlic in olive oil.
5Add tomatoes (breaking up) and the remaining ingredients; simmer, covered 1/2 hour.
6Add chicken and re-heat.
7Toss with cooked noodles.
8If sauce becomes too thick, add the chicken stock.
9Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh basil or parsley leaves.
