Ingredients For chicken tarragon w/ grapes & angel hair

  • 1 box
    angel hair pasta, uncooked
  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless & boneless
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    white wine
  • 1/2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 c
    green grapes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp
    tarragon, dried

How To Make chicken tarragon w/ grapes & angel hair

    Cook angel hair according to package directions. Meanwhile, sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil & butter for 5 - 8 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. Remove & keep warm.

    Add wine to skillet; stir to loosen brown bits. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by 1/2. Stir in cream; cook & stir until thickened. Add the grapes, tarragon & chicken; heat through. Drain angel hair. Serve with chicken mixture.
