Ingredients For chicken tacos with salsa verde cream

2/3 clight sour cream

2 Tbspcanned chopped mild green chilies, drained

2 Tbspchopped fresh cilantro

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsphot pepper sauce

12 mdtaco shells, warmed

4 ccooked, chopped chicken (taco seasoning to taste)

3/4 cshredded mexican cheese
-
1/2 clettuce (i use fesh spinach)

2 smtomatoes, chopped
How To Make chicken tacos with salsa verde cream

1Comine the sour cream, chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

2Put oil in a frying pan and çook chopped chicken in taco seasoning to taste.

3Fill the taco shells with equal amounts of chicken, cheese, lettuce/spinach and tomato; top with 2 tablessons of sour cream mixture.
