Ingredients

2-4 pounds of boneless chicken,cut into chunks
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 green peppers sliced
half bah baby carrots cut up
half cup vinagar
half cup soy sauce
1 10 oz can tomato sauce
half can tomato paste
half cup cherry peppers sliced in jar(optional)
salt and pepper
parsley or celantro

Step-By-Step

1saute chicken,then garlic and onion and peppers

2add all the above

3simmer on stove top for 2-3 hours uncoverd

4i make white rice and put it on that!!
