sheila's Notes:

These are easy to make and have on hand, so you can watch the game along with your friends, almost during the beer commercials!

Comments from the Test Kitchen: Honorary Kitchen Crew

While not normally a huge sloppy joe fan myself, some of my kids are. Well, after trying this recipe, I have to give Sheila kudos - It tastes great! This recipe is a real winner, not just for the flavor but also for how easy it is to prepare. Prepared and on the table in 15 minutes!

Plus there's the big added bonus... all SEVEN people in my family enjoyed it!

Directions

1
In microwave safe 3 qt. casserole dish, combine 1 Tbsp salad oil, pepper and onion chopped fine. Cook on high 3 min. stirring once. Stir in tomato sauce, ketcup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, and mustard until blended. Cook on high 2 minutes add chicken stir to combine, add cheese cook 2 minutes longer or until bubbly, serve on six sandwich buns. Be prepared with another batch to slip in Microwave as soon as your team wins! serve with green grapes just to look pretty!

you made 7? instead of 6 you must be smaller eaters than my group! Now that sliders are sooo in why not make even more by making them smaller! or try them on sweet potato biscuits, or even corn bread squares! I must be hungry and darn I just ate about 2 hours ago! Wait a minute crepes are back instyle how about a crepe filled chicken sloppy joe and a side salad! I feel a ladies luncheon coming on, how about y'all?

Sheila, we actually doubled the recipe:) I do have some healthy eaters (4 teenagers). Yum, those are some good ideas. I really like the crepe thought, will have to try that. Too bad everyone is not closer, a luncheon would ber great. Congrats on your blue ribbon.
