2 ctomatoes chopped

1/4 cpitted kalamata olives, pitted and cut in half

3green onions chopped

1 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspfresh basil chopped

1 cfeta cheese crumbled

4 lgchicken cutlets

1 Tbspflour

1/4 tspeach sea salt and cracked black peooer

How To Make chicken scaloppini

1In bowl combine tomatoes,olives, green onions, oil, basil and feta cheese stir and set aside

2Coat chicken cutlets in flour,,in large frying pan heat the oil over medium high heat, cook in to batched until chicken is browned, crisp and cooked through. Place chicken on serving plates and top each one with the salsa. great served with crusty garlic bread, to mop up the sauce instead of licking the plate...yum
