Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can(s)
mandarin oranges (15 oz) drained

green onions, sliced
1/4 c
sliced almonds

celery stalks, chopped
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
garlic powder

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil chicken breasts. When cool, chop or shred.

Mix cooked chicken in bowl with all ingredients.

Serve as sandwich on bread or with crackers of choice. We like garlic bagel chips and garlic triscuits.
