Ingredients

1 1/2 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can(s)
mandarin oranges (15 oz) drained
4
green onions, sliced
1/4 c
sliced almonds
3
celery stalks, chopped
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
garlic powder

Step-By-Step

1Boil chicken breasts. When cool, chop or shred.
2Mix cooked chicken in bowl with all ingredients.
3Serve as sandwich on bread or with crackers of choice. We like garlic bagel chips and garlic triscuits.
