Ingredients

2 1/2 lb
chicken breast meat
16 oz
fine egg noodles (must be fine )
24 oz
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese
1 medium
diced onion
1/4 c
parsley flakes
4 clove
garlic
3 Tbsp
butter
1 c
italian bread crumbs
pinch
black pepper
1/2 c
thin sliced mushrooms
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1boil chicken and garlic until done , then cut in to small bite size pieces , reserve water
2boil noodles in reserved water from chicken.. cook according to package and drain
3mix cut chicken, noodles, 16 oz of sour cream, 8 oz of cream cheese, diced onion,sliced mushrooms, parsley, and black pepper. Pour into Large casserole dish top with remaining sour cream.
4melt butter and add bread crumbs stir until moistened. Top casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350
