Chicken & Roasted Peppers

chicken thighs, skinless, boneless (6 thighs)
bell peppers, red & yellow
garlic & herb seasoning mix
Lightly spray baking pan with Pam or cooking oil and
sprinkle lemon pepper in bottom of pan.
Lay chicken pieces on top of the lemon pepper. Sprinkle other spices over chicken. Cut bell peppers in long strips/fairly wide. Put bell pepper over chicken and in pan.
Bake uncovered approximately 40-45 min until chicken is just done and peppers are soft and getting dark on edges.
(The first time I made this I started with chicken that was only partially thawed and baked it for 1 hour and 10 minutes)
