2 lb
boneless chicken breasts, grilled
6 slice
bacon, cooked, crisp
1 medium
1 c
colby/jack cheese, or pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 large
flour tortillas
2 c
salsa of your choice
1 c
sour cream
1 pinch
cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 tsp
seasoning salt
1/2 tsp

Directions Step-By-Step

Season chicken breast with seasoning salt, pepper, grill. Cut into strips.
On 1st tortilla layer chicken strips, diced tomatoes,bacon cheese.
Top with 2nd tortilla, cook on a griddle or grill-both sides until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are browned on both sides.
Cut into 4 slices, serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
To spice things up, season the chicken breasts with cayenne pepper.
