DirectionsSeason chicken breast with seasoning salt, pepper, grill. Cut into strips.
On 1st tortilla layer chicken strips, diced tomatoes,bacon cheese.
Top with 2nd tortilla, cook on a griddle or grill-both sides until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are browned on both sides.Cut into 4 slices, serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
To spice things up, season the chicken breasts with cayenne pepper.
