boneless chicken breasts, grilled
bacon, cooked, crisp
colby/jack cheese, or pepper jack cheese, shredded
salsa of your choice
cayenne pepper (optional)
1Season chicken breast with seasoning salt, pepper, grill. Cut into strips.
On 1st tortilla layer chicken strips, diced tomatoes,bacon cheese.
Top with 2nd tortilla, cook on a griddle or grill-both sides until the cheese is melted, and the tortillas are browned on both sides.
2Cut into 4 slices, serve with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!
To spice things up, season the chicken breasts with cayenne pepper.
