Ingredients For chicken pot pie

2 cfresh vegetables, carrots, garlic, onions, celery, broccoli, green beans, peas etc

1/4 cvegetable oil

1/4 cflour
-
2 tspor 2 oxo chicken bouillion cubes

1 cmilk
-
1/4 tsppoultry seasoning, salt and pepper,

2 ccooked and cubed chicken or turkey
How To Make chicken pot pie

1Cook vegetables until tender and set aside. Make a white sauce out of oil and flour. add milk heat until thickened. Dissolve oxo cube in hot water, add seasonings. Add water and seasonings to white sauce mix well. Stir into meat and vegetables. In a 9" pie place spoon in filling mixture and tope with pie crust.

2Other toppings: crispy croutons, sprinkle with garlic pd and parmesan cheese.

3Fresh biscuits arrange on top

4Bake at 400% for 20-30 minutes until filling is bubbly and crust is golden
