Cook vegetables until tender and set aside. Make a white sauce out of oil and flour. add milk heat until thickened. Dissolve oxo cube in hot water, add seasonings. Add water and seasonings to white sauce mix well. Stir into meat and vegetables. In a 9" pie place spoon in filling mixture and tope with pie crust.
Other toppings: crispy croutons, sprinkle with garlic pd and parmesan cheese.
Fresh biscuits arrange on top
Bake at 400% for 20-30 minutes until filling is bubbly and crust is golden
