chicken tenderloin or breast, cooked & chopped
1 can(s)
cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)
potato soup or cream of chicken soup
1 c
half & half
2 c
frozen mixed vegetables, cooked & drained
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg
refrigerated pie crust
1/8 c
parmesan cheese, shredded, sprinkle to taste
italian seasoning, sprinkle to taste
garlic powder, sprinkle to taste

Directions Step-By-Step

Grease deep dish casserole with cooking spray. Line with one of pie crusts. Prick holes in crust with fork. Cook crust at temperature recommended on package til lightly browned.
Combine chicken, soups, and vegetables. Add milk if need more liquid. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
Top with remaining pie crust. Sprinkle italian seasoning, grated or shredded parmesan cheese and garlic powder on top.
Spray with butter flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 min - 1 hour.
