DirectionsSeason chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour.Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a nonstick, large skillet.Cook over medium- high heat. Wait for oil to heat first.Cook the chicken 2 minutes per side. Put cook chicken on plate and set aside. ( reserve the skillet.)Add butter, chicken broth, white wine, parsley, capers.Put chicken back in the pan with step 3 ingredients. Cook until nice and bubbly.
