Ingredients For chicken pecan fettuccine

  • 1 - 8 oz box
    fettuccine pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1 lb
    chicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    roasted garlic
  • 8 oz pkg
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 4
    scallions, sliced (both greens & whites)
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 4 oz
    parmesan cheese, fresh

How To Make chicken pecan fettuccine

    Combine flour & salt in zip lock bag; shake to mix. Add chicken & place into bag; seal bag & shake to coat.

    Preheat large skillet on medium high heat. Add butter to melt. Add garlic & chicken; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to brown chicken evenly.

    Stir mushrooms into chicken; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Cook pasta according to directions on package.

    Add wine, cream & scallions to chicken; cook 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally or until sauce thickens.

    Drain pasta & stir into chicken. Sprinkle with pecans & cheese; serve.
