Ingredients For chicken pecan fettuccine

1 - 8 oz boxfettuccine pasta

2 Tbspall purpose flour
-
1 tspseasoned salt
-
1 lbchicken tenders, cut into bite size pieces

1 Tbspbutter
-
1 tsproasted garlic
-
8 oz pkgmushrooms, sliced
-
1/4 cwhite wine
-
1 cheavy whipping cream
-
4scallions, sliced (both greens & whites)
-
1/2 cpecans, in pieces
-
4 ozparmesan cheese, fresh
How To Make chicken pecan fettuccine

1Combine flour & salt in zip lock bag; shake to mix. Add chicken & place into bag; seal bag & shake to coat.

2Preheat large skillet on medium high heat. Add butter to melt. Add garlic & chicken; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to brown chicken evenly.

3Stir mushrooms into chicken; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Cook pasta according to directions on package.

5Add wine, cream & scallions to chicken; cook 5 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally or until sauce thickens.

6Drain pasta & stir into chicken. Sprinkle with pecans & cheese; serve.
