Ingredients For chicken parmesan

  • 1/4 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder with parsley
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese, fresh
  • 4
    chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    your favorite pasta sauce
  • 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • GARNISH:
  • parsley

How To Make chicken parmesan

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    In a shallow dish, combine panko, italian seasoning, garlic powder & parmesan; mix well & set aside.

    In a large ziplock bag, add chicken & mayo; shake evely to coat. Remove chicken & coat in crumb/cheese mixture. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes. Top each piece with pasta sauce; then mozzarella. Bake another 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked & cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley & serve.
