bonless chicken breast
chicken broth or bouillon cubes
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, put chicken into a bag of flour and generously coat. Brown chicken and drain on paper towels.
Add one cup of chicken broth
Add browned chicken
Salt & pepper the chicken
Add one large container (24 ounces) of sour cream
Sprinkle paprika on top of sour cream (don't stir)
Close lid, set time for 15 minutes. When done, release pressure manually after 4 to 5 minutes.
Let stand at least 5 minutes before serving. This gives it time to thicken up.
Serve over noodles with veggies on the side! DELICIOUS!
