This casserole is a real kid pleaser. A great comfort meal. My family and friends love this casserole. You can add other veggies if you so desire.

Ingredients

celery, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1/4 c
butter
3
boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded or cubed
1 - 16 oz
sour cream
1 - 10 3/4 oz
can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz
can cream of celery soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz
can cream of chicken soup
10 oz
thin egg noodles.
1
sleeve, ritz crackers, crushed
3 c
shredded, cheddar cheese
1 tsp
poultry seasoning

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium skillet, fry onion and celery in butter until softened.
2Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
3In large bowl, combine chicken chunks, sour cream, poultry seasoning and soup. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar. Stir in uncooked egg noodles. Pour mixture over onions in baking dish.
4Top with crumbled crackers and remaining cheddar.
5Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden and noodles are soft.
