|1 large||onion, chopped|
|3||boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded or cubed|
|1 - 16 oz||sour cream|
|1 - 10 3/4 oz||can cream of mushroom soup|
|1 - 10 3/4 oz||can cream of celery soup|
|1 - 10 3/4 oz||can cream of chicken soup|
|10 oz||egg noodles, uncooked|
|1||sleeve, ritz crackers, crushed|
|3 c||shredded, cheddar cheese|
|1 tsp||poultry seasoning|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium skillet, fry onion and celery in butter until softened.
Pour into 9x13 baking dish.
In large bowl, combine chicken chunks, sour cream, poultry seasoning and soup. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar. Stir in uncooked egg noodles. Pour mixture over onions in baking dish.
Top with crumbled crackers and remaining cheddar.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden and noodles are soft.
