This casserole is a real kid pleaser. A great comfort meal. My family and friends love this casserole. You can add other veggies if you so desire.

Ingredients

1 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
1 large
onion, chopped
1/4 c
butter
3
boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded or cubed
1 - 16 oz
sour cream
1 - 10 3/4 oz
can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz
can cream of celery soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz
can cream of chicken soup
10 oz
thin egg noodles.

sleeve, ritz crackers, crushed
3 c
shredded, cheddar cheese
1 tsp
poultry seasoning

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In medium skillet, fry onion and celery in butter until softened.

Pour into 9x13 baking dish.

In large bowl, combine chicken chunks, sour cream, poultry seasoning and soup. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar. Stir in uncooked egg noodles. Pour mixture over onions in baking dish.

Top with crumbled crackers and remaining cheddar.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until top is golden and noodles are soft.

Thank you for your feedback, Ana. I'm sorry you were disappointed with the recipe, but...I believe I will leave the recipe as is, as at least 6 others didn't seem to share the same thoughts. Perhaps you will find another recipe that suits your taste. Have a great week.

I am so disappointed with this recipe, do yourself a favor and cook the noodles before you bury them with the mixture or the mixture will cook and the noodles will be raw!
