Cassie's Notes:

This casserole is a real kid pleaser. A great comfort meal. My family and friends love this casserole. You can add other veggies if you so desire.

I did it sweet but I have no clue why anyone would make those popovers for a standing rib roast when you can do this savory. I will soon post more of my own I have been lazy guess stress will do that so right now I am just enjoying making things from you all that I have not tried yet. but I will get posting soon

Jeanne...I am so sorry to hear that your husband lost his job..that's terrible..this economy sucks. I pray that he finds something soon. I hate to hear that for anyone.

I am doing well, thought I was catching a cold..took a tbsp of elderberry extract and I think it did the trick...just waiting for our dish guy to get here to hook up a hopper for our tv's..and trying to figure out what's for dinner tonight...have a great day, and I will be praying for you and your husband on his job finding...
