I have made this several times for something different. I mix the sour cream and salsa together before I put it on top of the chicken. I also cover the chicken once I put on the cheese; to keep it softer. I serve this with a side of black bean salad.
Preheat over to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken on prepared sheet. Make 3 cuts along the top of each chicken breast. Top each breast with salsa, sour cream and tortilla chops. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
