Ingredients
- 6 ounces tyson grilled & ready fully cooked refrigerated oven roasted diced chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced & halved
- 1 package refrigerated pizza crust dough
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 ounces feta cheese crumbled

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened & golden, about 15 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile, press pizza crust into 12" x 9" rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 3 - 5 minutes until set but not browned. Remove from oven.

Step 4Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over crust; spread evenly with dressing. Top with onions, pepperoni, mushrooms & Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast. Sprinkle evenly with feta cheese. Bake 8 - 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated & crust is golden brown.
