Ingredients For chicken mushroom feta cheese pizza

  • 6 oz
    tyson grilled & ready fully cooked refrigerated oven roasted diced chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion, thinly sliced & halved
  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1/2 c
    pepperoni slices
  • 1 c
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 oz
    feta cheese crumbled

How To Make chicken mushroom feta cheese pizza

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

    Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until softened & golden, about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, press pizza crust into 12" x 9" rectangle on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake 3 - 5 minutes until set but not browned. Remove from oven.

    Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese over crust; spread evenly with dressing. Top with onions, pepperoni, mushrooms & Grilled & Ready Oven Roasted Diced Chicken Breast. Sprinkle evenly with feta cheese. Bake 8 - 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated & crust is golden brown.
