chicken breasts, boneless
finely chopped garlic cloves
1Sprinkle chicken with flour.
2Heat oil in large pot, add chicken and brown on all sides over medium heat then remove chicken.
3Add onion, celery and carrot and saute until lightly brown.
4Return chicken to pot, stir in wine and tomatoes.
5Cover pot and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
6Add parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
7Arrange chicken and sauce on a warm platter, garnish with parsley.
