Chicken Macaroni Casserole

butter, room temperature
to 2 cups chicken broth
7 oz boxes elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In Large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour until combined.
Add cream and 1 1/2 cups broth all at once; stir til smooth. Cook and stir til thickened & bubbly;cook & stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat; add cheese & stir til melted.
Stir in Macaroni, chicken, pimiento, salt & pepper. Add additional broth if needed.
Pour into 3 quart baking dish and bake uncovered for 40 minutes or til heated through.
