Mmmmmm a different kind of lasagna. You can also use the filling as you would in regular lasagna or in large pasta shells.

2 lgonion, chopped

1 stickbutter
-
6 Tbspall purpose flour
-
2 canchicken broth, low salt
-
2 cmilk
-
3 cmonterey jack cheese, shredded

5 cdiced cooked chicken
-
1 pkgbroccoli, frozen, thawed
-
2 x lgeggs, beaten
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
1/4 cparsley
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 boxlasagna noodles, cooked & drained
How To Make chicken lasagna roll up's

1In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually add broth & milk. Bring to a boil; cook & stir, 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heatl stir in cheese. Pour 1/3 C each into 2 8" greased square baking dishes; set aside.

2In a large bowl, combine 1 C cheese sauce, chicken, broccoli, eggs, panko, parsley & salt. Spread about 1/2 C over each noodle. Roll up jelly roll style, beginning with short side & secure with toothpicks.

3Place 6 roll ups in each baking dish. Top with remaining cheese sauce. Cover & freeze 1 casserole for up to 3 months. Cover & bake 2nd casserole at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes. Uncover & bake 5 minutes longer or until bubbly. Discard toothpicks. FROZEN ROLL UPS: Thaw in refrigerator for 8 hours & bake as directed.
