Ingredients

canola oil

chicken pieces with skin and bones removed

onion, chopped

garlic clove, minced
1 lb
tomatillos, fresh

green chiles, roasted and chopped
1/2 c
apple juice
1 Tbsp
cilantro, fresh and chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray a non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray.

Heat oil and saute chicken then add onion and garlic, stirring until limp.

Add remaining ingredients.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer about 15 minutes.

NOTE: May substitute 12 ounces of canned tomatillos if you don't have fresh.
